ThreadAttach under MT environments.

Is the listening socket still listening ?
Whatr I already had is a bug in a totally different part of my application 
which closed the
listening socket by error ! This happend if by chance you call CloseHandle with 
an invalid argument
which is unfortunately the listening socket handle.
