You must have a message loop for events to be triggered. I have no idea if your "web based code" has one or not. Probably not. You must add one. That's the same problem as console mode programs. See the sample console mode programs delivered with ICS (Their names begin with "con"). There are a lot of such sample, not all are eaquels.
