yes, it's possible.

Get latest development version of txt2tags, there:
http://txt2tags.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/txt2tags

Then you can use %%header1 as a macro for getting this information in your 
final document.

For example:

here is a document called %%header1, made by %%header2
