[t2t] links with "#" character on it ...

Hello, I am trying to put a link which contains a special character (#) ... Something like: [link http://www.xxx.com./Main#Profile?uid=1624566358855285] The problem is just the "#" character ... I'd like to know how to manage this... :-) Cheers, Fabio -
