Film Festival and the Raleigh/Cary Federation with promoting the two
following community events:

Where: Triangle
Jewish Film Festival - June 10th at the Galaxy Cinema in Cary. This
all day event featuring films from around the world, a kosher deli and
other cultural offerings is produced in partnership by the
Durham-Chapel Hill and Raleigh-Cary Jewish Federations. Film and
schedule information is available online at www.TriangleJewishFilmFestival.org.
Tickets and All-Day Festival Passes will be available soon through the
Galaxy box office and website (www.mygalaxycinema.com).

"You've
Got Mail / Bookstore" Party:
When:
Where: Jewish
singles 25 to 85 are invited a "You've Got Mail / Bookstore" party on
Sat. June 23 at the home of Eva Stein in Fuquay Varina, approximately
35 minutes south of Raleigh. Guests are invited to come no earlier than
8:15 p.m. when the party will start with a short Havdalah ceremony.
People's
interests are as varied as the sections in Barnes and Noble, and like
the movie "You've Got Mail", the focus will be on chat groups in
individual areas of interest," said Eva Stein, the party's host. "You
might be a cook, a gardener, a hiker or an entrepreneur. You might be
funny, spiritual or athletic, or into languages or film or computing."
The muti-leveled house lends itself to an evening of small groups
arranged by multi-interests.
Reservations
are due no later than June 18. To rsvp, and get driving directions or

676-6170 extension 220. "Book cover" is $3 for a JCC member and $5 for
a non-member.
