Board/Planning Meeting
As of this reminder, we have had little to no input from the general
membership as to what you would like to see this organization do over the next
few months. Please do not expect the Board of Directors, a group of
volunteers like you, to come up with all of the ideas; we need new ideas and
volunteers. Please let us know what YOU would like to
do. Please RSVP and attend the meeting this Wednesday. Mark your calendars for these other events; more information will follow in
subsequent Emails.

When: Wednesday, March 5, 2003 Time: 7:00 PM
Where:
Stu and Sherry's House in North Raleigh (919-676-0424). RSVP for
directions.
It's that time of the year again. It is time to plan
TYJP events for the next few months. If you have any ideas or suggestions
for activities or events for the time frame of April 1 through June
30, 2003, please feel free to come to the planning meeting. We need
volunteers and ideas if we are going to keep TYJP active and alive. If you
cannot attend the meeting, but have any ideas, suggestions, or wish to volunteer
for an event, please contact Michael Cohen at [EMAIL PROTECTED].
We will meet at Stu and Sherry's house for this meeting, to help facilitate
easy communication between all those who attend; we have had trouble in the past
with people hearing other people in noisy restaurants. The Board/Planning
Meeting will start at 7:00 PM. We will order pizzas for those who
attend; if you have any preferences for the type of pizza you want, please
indicate it in your RSVP.
Please RSVP to Stu ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) or Sherry ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) by the morning of Tuesday, March 4, in order to receive directions to Stu and Sherry's house. PLEASE NOTE: Over the past several months,
there have been very few volunteers, other than the Board
Members, hosting any TYJP event. If you wish to continue to have
multiple events per month besides the monthly Happy Hours, please volunteer to
host an event. Although we all would like to do more, failure to get any
new volunteers will force the Board to limit the number of events.
