Yes, since quite some time has already passed since the last release, it would
fit to make another one. Let's aim for a 0.7 release towards the end of next
week.

I'm handing over my FCDR_HIRS code, which currently depends on typhon
master, and which would be easier for users to install and use if it
depended on a released version of typhon.
