Hello Thomas (Skierlo),
wow, very good posting! Thank you. I'm interested as well.
While working with TYPO3 I learned one thing: The best extensions are
the ones which are not installed.
Looks like you're a real senior developer - honestly.
I am looking forward to the discussion here.

Hi,
I would upgrade at once. Do that in a development machine first and
check the extensions (if there are updates, how compatible those are
etc). Reading the deprecation logs of in between versions might be
useful but in my view it's just a waste of time. Simply see and test the
end result.
Hi,
Anyone knows how to enable preview for hidden tt_news articles.

Hello,
Can someone please confirm is this combination still works?
I am having TYPO3 4.5.14, powermail 1.6.9 and powermail_cond 1.0.2 and it
seems not work anymore adding conditions, more specifically they don't work
in FE anymore.
Thanks,

If you use jQuery/t3jquery in noConflict mode take a look at
powermail_cond\files\js\powermail_cond.js and replace $ with jQuery.

No, I don't use any of them. I have mootools on that page, but I don't see
any error message in the console.
The problem is when loading the form, the AJAX call returns 3 new empty
lines and keeps re-calling itself, printing all over the page:

Just noticed one of our client's sites has 130K files in its compressor
folder. This doesn't seem quite right, the site has only been online

Bug, misconfig? Not sure where to look for this one, google search
didn't turn up much.
Thank you

The site is running 4.6.x

Hi Thomas,
I fully understand your questioning, for me lot of similar questions
came up over some time ago. One of the main problems: TYPO3 will always
give you many strategies and many ways to solve a problem.
I am still wondering about the gridelements extension a lot, because it

Powermail include jQuery 1.6.4 and I've checked that, it is included on the
page and validation works for the form.
So that isn't the problem ...
