is how I did:
1. transfer all the folders and files to b.com.
2. import database to b.com.

PageTSConfig (t3lib_extMgm::addPageTSConfig), to make them movable by my
own wrapper extension and make them independant from record numbering.
This works like charm with ext:gridelements, but I need a core-way for

also you can define pages where Jquery should not be included in t3jquery
configuration settings.
or deinstall t3jquery if you don't need it.
