You can either use a condition or you
1. disable baseURL

Hello,
I'm working with TYPO3 6.1.8 and I see a strange behavior when I work
with workspaces:
* As editor, in draft, I create a new item in Storage Folder of my
custom item.
* My custom item has a field named img with this config:
'exclude' = 0,
'label' = 'test',
'config' =
Hi!
We’ve the following setup and struggle to properly configure TYPO3/realurl.

-- page a
-- SubSite (domain: sub.example.com)
-- page b
We want that:
* the user reaches the HomeSite with the example.com domain.
* the user reaches the SubSite with

Hi Markus,
* HomeSite is root of website. Should SubSite be that too?
yes, actually you set up both sites on the same level:
HomeSite (domain: example.com)
-- page a
SubSite (domain: sub.example.com)

Then, TYPO3 together with RealURL and domain records in each site will

Hi Jigal,
Thank you for the explanation and the code.
I renamed tx_iconClass to tx_myext_iconClass. The only other thing I had to
change to make it work is that the iconClass should return
'extensions-myext-mystate' instead of just 'mystate'.
Except clearing the sprites folder in typo3temp
Hi Mark,
no these pages should not be on the same level as the subsite should appear in
the menus of the HomeSite.
So a menu on the HomeSite should look like this:
HomeSite - link to http://example.com/
-- page a - link to http://example.com/page-a/
-- SubSite - link to http://sub.example.com/

Thanks Jigal for the link.
I'm fine with having the domains on rootlevel, I can use a mount point for the
subdomains, but the subdomains will not have the menu from the HomeSite then.
So I guess we need to go back to use only one main domain and do simple
redirects for the subdomain to the

Hi Dmitry,
thanks for your response.
Jigal already guided me to a message of yours telling exactly this.
Mount points only allow this inclusion one-way and does not preserve the
domain of the included SubSite.
So I could mount the SubSite into the MainSite and the menus would contain the
