i got a web site which has for every language a own page tree. Now I
want to localize data from an extension based on the original language
and want to avoid separate storage folders.
So I added an new language in the root folder and localized the storage
folder with the datasets of the
I believe it would most probaly save you trouble to stay in the two tree
concept once you decided to use it. And that would mean storing translations
of news in separate sys folders.
There might be some tricks to do otherwise (such at selecting the news
records seperately) but usually TYPO3
