How about L=2? L=1 might not work, because there are an error in config.local_all = en-EN on disregard of the typo '-' - '_' there is no locale en_EN. choose one of these: en_AG en_AU en_AU.utf8 en_BE en_BE.utf8 en_BE@euro en_BW en_BW.utf8 en_CA en_CA.utf8 en_DK en_DK.utf8 en_GB
