I have a site that was probably installed from scratch with TYPO3 7.6.4 or 7.6.3.
When I run the database analyzer, it proposes many changes to sys_file_reference:

I thought I'd do it like this to avoid long "content freeze" times for clients:
PART 1
- Make fresh dev copy of live site
- Do all the upgrading work, if in database, make notes (c

servers we use for TYPO3, which is nice, and the corresponding box in the
install tool is now green, which is awesome!
