For the record: https://github.com/rrrapha/translate_locallang is awesome. Of course, you have to make sure you don't overwrite the files generated on the server when you deploy. Also, here's an idea to provide context to editors: simply add an imaginary additional language, I called it context (context.locallang.xml). There, you can add additional info for translators, like "this is used on page xyz" etc begin 644 33382226-73632476-d520-11e7-8adc-103e3f3caba8.png MB5!.1PT*&@H-24A$4@``"R(V"`822PT?```@`$E$051X`>S< M>;Q75;T__O<9F)%10"$)3,T!0YQ2:^VUG_OH7Z_'NZRZNKHZFJE5557%C!DS8L&"!;%NW;IF6M4R!`@0 M($"```$"!`@0($"```$"!`@0($"```$"!`@0($"```$"!`@0($"```$"!#8L M4%Y>'KU[]X[!@P='MV[=-CRAE8^8.W=NE)6518\>/;)CVFZZSML33SR1GZ[W M6'-.'A_???_]:\Y8N79I=7WOMM;'##CM$W[Y]HZ*B(GMF?DQK5=::M0D7 M*7P\=>I4P>--,#25``$"!`@0($"```$"!`@0($"```$"!`@0($"```$"!`@0 M($"```$"!`@0($"@Z0*I@.X[[[R3%=/=>^^]VT0(N>D:I9O9;`'D5/DX?;1^ M_?I%__[]L[1SZ;9M90($"!`@0(```0($"!`@0(```0($"!`@0(```0($"!`@ M0(```0($"!`@0(```0*U!=:N71MSYLR)>?/F1 71\JRI@!RGFU=SW"WFBC0;`'D5/TX MM7;MVD7Z>.E75E;6Q```0($"!`@0(```0($"!`@0(```0($"!`@0(`` M`0($"!`@0(```0($"!`@0*!X@>KJZDAYUCR_FF=;BU_!R&(%FBV`G#^PHJ(B MTB\%D%/+/V)^WY$``0($"!`@0(```0($"!`@0(```0($"!`@0(```0($"!`@ M0(```0($"!`@0(!` 8M%,H-D#R*GB_?N'P`=KTB```$"!`@0($"```$"!`@0($"```$"!`@0($"```$" M!`@0($"```$"!`@0:!L"+9+\G3%C1IQTTDF9X*]__>L8-FQ8J]9L;+^-];?J MERGAYM;GD<+)8\>.C1MNN*'6#DX__?0X]]QS:_6Y($"```$"!`@0($"```$" M!`@0($"```$"!`@0($"```$"!`@0($"```$"!`@0:+T"Y:UW:W;6E@3N M6N'COGW[MJ77\RX$"!`@0(```0($"!`@0(```0($"!`@0(```0($"!`@0(`` M`0($"!`@0(``@0^,0(M40/[`Z'K13

5. you can set variables in your translation, like (%s) Yes, what I meant was something else: in your MODEL, create a table like tx_myext_translations. Edit in Backend. A custom vh, {blog.authors} to look it up. -> but with the extension you posted, this becomes unnecessary. Still, I'd be interested to know if the XLIFF way is faster/better than as described above ___ TYPO3-english mailing list TYPO3-english@lists.typo3.org http://lists.typo3.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/typo3-english

Hello, 1. XLIFF 2. same Problem here - it exists older programms vor windows but they make horrible code - not formatted ... 3. my idea to that: e. g. span-tags with class attr ... ? :) 4. a extension like this is already out: ext-key: translate_locallang- at the moment i experiment with it. 5. what do you mean with "hardcoded translations"? ___ TYPO3-english mailing list TYPO3-english@lists.typo3.org http://lists.typo3.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/typo3-english
