For example PHANTOM LISTU took 9 minutes to respond as Done.
I also believe we have a related problem when terminating a session with OFF
which can take minutes to give the unix prompt back.

queries that they have run in MS Query before with no problem using IBM

Short answer: yes. Look into uv/net. You can also define remote pointers in
your voc, but then you won't be locking on the remote box. Last time I
checked, you could not use uv/net between two boxes with the same license
number, in those very rare instances where someone has a site license.
