[U2] NLS Install on UV issues

We're in the process of installing NLS multi-character mapping on UV 10.3.1 running on AIX and having a couple of issues. Would appreciate a response please. Firstly the problem we seem to be having is that NLS is using a filename of BP for its Basic routines and doesn't seem to want to change.

Hello, We have a new version of UniVerse on our new server and every night we make a backup image using UVBACKUP. Today I tried to do a UVRESTORE from last night's backup onto the old server which is running a slightly older version of UniVerse and received the following message: WARNING:
