I haven't explored DC, but I would like some clarification: There is
NO WAY that DC can accept a download from the host, or simply that
it's not supported with the TU... routines?
Just won't TU - it has a reasonable ftp up/download client interface,
kermit
Susan-
Since SB+ downloads apparently won't work with DC, perhaps your client
would consider alternatives such as emailed attachments? I have had
success with this in the past, and for large files it can often work
faster than traditional downloads.

I have no experience with Dynamic Connect, but I have setup a variety
of terminal emulators to work with SB+. The first thing is to
configure the page 1 stuff properly, terminal type, width, and depth
first. Then the next big thing is to figure out what F3 is sending
and get that key mapped.
This is a subject near and dear to my heart.
I have worked closely with the folks behind both Dynamic Connect and
Accuterm to create usable terminal definitions when using SB+ in Character
mode.
Neither can be used with SB+ in SB's own GUI mode, although you can do some
stuff with the GUI
I use Dynamic Connect in preference to SBClient. I have NO issues with it
using it against SB+/UV in VT220 mode.
It is less powerful than say, bNettermb (another well-loved emulator I have
used) but it is free and quite serviceable for the price!
As others have mentioned, it wonbt do SB+
Thank you, everyone, for the help on this - as always, the people in this
group are a tremendous resource! I will work with the client and let you
know how things go!
