I had to perform one additional configuration change to the TRUSTED SITES
area.

In IE, click Tools -> Internet Options
Select the "Security" Tab
Click the "Trusted Sites" icon
Click the "Custom Level..." button
Set configuration 'Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as
safe' to ENABLE from PROMPT.
