EDA is the new facility in UniData 7.1 which allows UniData to "front"
use of DB2 as the file store.

So you code in your favourite tool in Unidata - but the database is
actually DB2.

Best thing to do is look at the 7.1 announcement:

Then have a chat with your support people!
