I have to agree with Bill on that.  When I read that part, I winced.  Since the 
board can approve an action effectively using only a small number of board members, 
removing someone without cause has to rate up there with boards with too much power.
   Four people get on the board, and agree amonst themselves to remove all the other 
members   Sounds like a problem waiting to happen.

   Why would the Board want to remove someone if there were no cause? Consider 
dropping without cause.
