Do you have a connection to both machines from one PC
If so then you can use a terminal emulator like Wintegrate to do a
bridge copy or some people call it a peer to peer copy. You have two
sessions, one contacted to each machine, you tell your emulator what you
want to copy and where you want

A BP file is simply a directory. So you can copy files from one BP directory
and place them in the other without having to tell UniVerse anything special
about them. UniVerse will find them.

Under the pick flavor of Universe that I am currently on that is the

It sounds to me like we have someone converting a UniVerse application to

You can look at:
1. UniVerse replication (not hot standby)
2. MQ series API - possibly from a trigger
3. BCI (requires a real-time link)
If the file is an O/S file (BP usually contains program code and is not a
hashed file) you can use a cron job in conjunction with find and rcp or ftp

I'll ask again as these answers aren't clear.
Does the M cause any delay so the user can actually read the message before
the next process clears the screen or does something else?
Thanks

Have you tried emailing the file (from USA to India). If your universe is
on a unix server, all you need to do is ftp it to a windows PC, then (may be
zip it), then attach the file to an email. In India, just reverse the
actions. We have done that numerous times to send files from Australia to
Jason, how are you actually exporting the work file contents?

It is being exported using the export option in the report
manager in Dataflo. I'm not using the subroutine to
write out the data directly to a file, it just gathers the
information.
Seems to me that this is a question for Epicor rather than a general
U2 question. Maybe someone on here with
