Take a look at the &PH& file (in unix) and try to match an entry there with the time/date of one of the Phantoms that are terminating based on what looks like a snippet of your errlog file. There may be a clue as to what process is running and such. Something I bumped into the other day was a Phantom process that executed an OS command, but did not specify the full path and was terminating.
