This appears to be unrelated to Rocket's UniBASIC. In fact, it appears to run at the OS level. It is odd that their documentation states UniBasic is a trademark of Dynamic Concepts Inc. Does Rocket have an infringement issue? No, this company has their own product (unibasic) which is a derivative of the old Iris/Point4 Business Basic. Completely different animal.
