 I'm trying to find books

The book to get is Malcolm Bull's The Pick Programming Language, Chapman
Hall, London, (c) 1994, ISBN 0 412 46660 0.

Also, there are some outstanding resources at www.brianleach.co.uk folder tab
Books.
