Using UniVerse 10.0 we tried to print A/R Statements to HP Laser Jet 5. Normally we used Epson Dot Matrix printer for this purpose and it never failed except that on occassions alignment will become a problem forcing to start the print job once again all over. 818 record were selected for this print job and the printer stopped printing after 250 records. Two attempts to print to HP 5 produced the same results. The printer is a local printer installed in Windows 2000 server, port configured using IP address of a workstation (Windows 98 O/S), where the printer is shared and connected to the parallel port. Generic/Text driver is used. Does any one have a similar experience and any suggestions to complete the task.
