This is a bug in Universe 10.1. It's fixed in the 10.1.2 release, which isn't out to the public yet. We've seen it in the Windows and AIX ports, but I don't know if it's in any other ports. If this is a critical issue for you, contact me directly and we can work on getting you a copy of the 10.1.2 release, otherwise, you should wait until the public release.
