requirements is as follows:
· Your passport copy.
· Address for commercial currier including your mobile number and PO
Box.
· Your preferred way of payment, wither check or bank transfer (provide
bank name, location, swift code and account number).
Privilege
We will provide you with all the information about our projects you require.
i.e. Brochures; j-peg images; advertising images; DVD’s; updated availability
list; payment structure and all the other information necessary to sell DAMAC
apartments ( I will send you a T.N.T parcel as soon as you provide me with your
full address).
We help with any outstanding questions you or one of your prospects may have.
We meet the prospect in our office environment if necessary.
Agent’s Responsibilities:
To qualify the prospect. The minimum info required to assess suitability of
DAMAC projects and availability:
· Budget
· Investment; Holiday Home; Permanent Home
· Location
· No. of bedrooms
· To send/show all relevant information to the prospect.
Commissions structure during a calendar month:
· Up to AED 7.5 million: 2% of the net sales value
· Above AED 7.5 million: 3% of the total net sales value
Payment of commission:
50% of the commission due to the agent will be payable within 21 working days
and upon completion of the required documentations and the balance will be
released within 21 working days on receipt of the 1st installment ( usually
15%) of the sales price from the buyer.
