Here is UBNT's response:

In the past I've had problems with login everytime I changed something
on the network tab, often I can't even get to the login page. Pick up
the cellphone and I'm right in when I happen to have a wifi access
handy. I thought it was the laptop, now it seems I gave it away for no
good reason.
This a known issue. I'm having it happen when I configure LAN0 to be
a part of a bridge with WLAN0.50 and add a new IP alias. You can SSH
into it and see in the log that HTTPD reported a successful login,
but nevertheless, the GUI never proceeds past the login page.
Using Lubuntu and RJ45 ether cable, as always.
I'm experiencing with 5.6.7 a difficult login after setting IP address
to static in network tab.
Initial 192.168.1.20 seems easy as usual, after changing to static of

They do and it isn’t bad. If I had a little more time I could find it for you.
If you look in the AC2 Beta forum you should find instructions on how best to
do that. I wrote a script to backup every Sunday but it is running on Linux so
I am not sure if that would help.
Thank you,

Thank you Ed, does UBNT have specific instructions on the transfer of

Hi Shawn,
Best to just upgrade on the same server from 18 to 22 and not skipping
versions. Should be able to migrate the data from 22 on the PC to 22 on the
server. I just did the same thing worked pretty well. The conversion will take
forever about an hour and a half for me so you have to be p
I did the upgrade on the old server with AC2 beta18 to beta22 and have had
nothing but issues…. I am monitoring about 314 devices, at this point maybe I
just start fresh? Hate to lose the history…. But this is wasting about the same
time if I just went the fresh install route

Correct But we also decided to replace the server it is on. Did not know if
there is a easy way of transferring the database to the new server once upgrade
is complete

I just installed AC2 Version 22 on a new server running windows server

running on a separate PC, and transfer to the new SERVER running AC2 v.22?
I am having issues trying to upgrade the old AC2 v18 to the new AC2 v22.

Do you log to a remote syslog server or just the local syslog? I use

I noticed my UBNT radios didn't seem to know about DST, and it was making
it hard to find things in syslog, so now I've got all my devices set to
GMT. Is there a better way?
