We had a similar Gen2 5ghz. The WIFI failed to connect. Upon inspection the ethernet port came up but before the PC /switch arrived at a state where data could pass the light blinked and started all over. Never got into the radio to reconfigure. It was 80ft up a tree. Had to retrieve. Tried

Just an update...with Alex's help from UBNT, it appeared to be a firmware issue. He suggested I upgrade from the most recent version to the 4.0 beta 5. Without any further aiming at this point, I had a -78 signal on one end of the link. Our tower climbs are scheduled to come back this afternoon
