a couple orca problems.
No speech at login so system was set to log in automatically.
Next problem, when tabbing around with stuff on the screen after login
there's no speech.
If alt-f2 is keyed in and gnome-terminal is run we get the enter command
prompt and gnome-terminal talking.
Also, control-alt-tab talks when pressed so long as a user moves right and
left to access menus on the top bar and the menus also talk.
Caret navigation wasn't touched in configuration so it's at default.
The ubuntu sounds for when ubuntu starts up do not play either.  The
system is out of the box ubuntu with no updates applied to it until
tomorrow when my friend gets internet.
