Anyone ever used Systemback? If so, how accessible is it?

I installed ubuntu 16.04 regular edition. The gnome one did not talk.
Then I added ubuntu-gnome-desktop
and got dropbox on the system.
I am running the gnome classic
yes gnome-language-selector are now installed in mate
and language-pack-sv are installed
but both system and orca are still in english
