In that bug, text color now is a more responsive to the background color
of the header, chosen by "theme-color" in CSS.
But the controls of the header (back, forward, refresh) stay grey.

because of a missed mouse click on the tab bar, accidentally hitting
ctrl+w instead of ctrl+a (or whatever), or just simply being dumb.
