Description:
Trying to open a twitter URL launches the twitter webapp, but the webapp
displays the homepage instead of the URL it was passed as a parameter
How to reproduce:
Method 1: tap on a twitter link from the telegram app (any other app should be
ok as well)

With the update to the 1.3 UI toolkit the bug is resolved.

Since version 1.3.1688+15.10.20151018.1-0ubuntu1 of the UITK, there is a
new component publicly available for page headers.
Using this will allow us to get rid of some custom code in webbrowser-
app.
