Some SMS messages (don't know their class) are not visualised by the
Messaging app conversation view. Some part of the message was visible in
the notification, the summary is also shows some of their content, but
not the conversation view. See attached image.

Need some guidance from design on this. I don’t think we can re-use the
same popup that shows up when bookmarking the current page, that would
be misleading as this popup points to the star in the address bar, which
shouldn’t turn orange when bookmarking a different page.

Actually, the call is started by a Dial DBus call to an ofono modem
started from bluetoothd. Currently we are not using ofono's HFP
implementation, but the BlueZ one. This will change when we move from
BlueZ 4 to BlueZ 5. But for the moment the one which chooses the modem
to use is BlueZ.
