Public bug reported:

The same emoji for different skin tones are listed separately, for example all 
of these:
👍 👍🏻 👍🏼 👍🏽 👍🏾 👍🏿 (Thumbs Up Sign, Type-1 to 6)
are listed as separate characters. This is taking unnecessary space. 
In case of Telegram desktop client (and probably other phone OS's too), only 
one such emoji is listed. One has to long-press on the emoji to open other 
colour options.
