* A team that creates artwork for community packages to be released

no decision making power in regards to the default theme. This is
myimmediate reaction when I see the term 'community' theme. i.e.

This is also a team that doesn't help style projects that are created for
Ubuntu (and linux).

*If* I decide to make a run at any kinda leadership bid, I plan on
getting together structure for what we generate. This has been part of
what was missing. Along with the misconception that we are working on
