I have the same problem: I have a cryptdisk with dm-crypt/LUKS (just /home and
swap, not root).
Before upgrading to edgy, all worked correctly. Now, something is wrong with
reading the passphrase, but the problem does not seem to be usplash:

I'm not sure I can agree with the assignment of a duplicate bug 39294 as the

Even worse in edgy!
Hibernation starts and takes a while.
I have 2 cycles of HDD activity and a short break in between.
Then the mouse is powered off.
The HDD light goes off and the HDD light goes on again.
But in fact there is nothing happening anymore.
So far, I either did not wait long enough
