really have time to backport fixes, and since xournal seems to have very
few users we discovered problems too late. Xournal 0.3.3 is really

I used to had the same problem however I upgraded to 7.10 (tribe 5 via a
dist-upgrade) and re-ran the configure of X. Also I switched to xubuntu,
since then the proper resolution is available ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) and usable.

is in universe, but the source is in main - so it looks in universe.

I am experiencing the same symptoms on Tribe 5 when I enable

I installed the package and get a hiss out of the speakers. When running
windows on the dual boot the sound is normal with no hiss. I could use
an aswer or how to set it. Would someone e-mail me directly?

I dont' think that most people know what the consequences of keeping a
repo or not are. A lot of people don't even know what a repository is.
