I used a slightly different patch to prevent doing the x probe. I enabled the
ddc probe when the driver is intel.
$RES gets set and prevents the x probe.

I experience the same error (it also causes display corruption to the
top bar in Gnome. It happens with the Vesa-driver under a VirtualBox
machine. I thought that might helpful information as it happens with the
GTK displayconfig manager. The problem did not exist in tribe 5.

0.11.2-0ubuntu3 on latest gutsy, and when I try to listen to this

That's correct. I get a busy pointer after trying to proceed beyond the
migration screen, which never goes away. There is no installation of

I got the same problem as Rodrigo has. In Feisty, I got around 2h40m,
