Are you sure you have an AR5006 and not an AR5007EG? While my lspci is claiming I have the AR5006 chipset, I am fairly sure that this is a bug and I have the AR5007EG chipset (that is how it is identified in windows, plus there have been other reports of this). Besides that I have the same issue.
