I installed Kubuntu Hardy on an X61s and the function keys are not
working. For example the key to change the monitor output (Fn-F7). xev
recognizes it as XF86Display, but pressing it doe not have any effect.

I got a similar error in vmware on amd64. First I used entire disk,
afterwards auto-resize, so that I had a bunch of partitions. After
that I used entire disk again. The partitions were created, but there
was only /dev/sda{,5,6}, /dev/sda1 was missing. udevtrigger did not help
either.

There is a Blender-window problem in Hardy. It is impossible to start
Blender windowed, it starts every time full screen. The next problem is,
that it don't locks the screen, so quite often symbols from the back
writes in the blender screen. So blender gets unusable. In

I'm using Ubuntu Hardy (Beta - freshly updated) and the proprietary
fglrx driver with ATI Xpress 200M
This bug is also in Ubuntu Gutsy 7.10.

Hopefuly the bug will be fixed in release 0.90.
To get around the problem you need to remove mozilla-plugin-vlc and make sure
you have totem-mozilla installed.
