Ok, I tested this on a document that didn't contain any Hebrew and it
still happens, like jarlaxl lamat wrote in his comment. Also, unchecking
the PDF/A-1 option prevents this problem for me too.

Hi,
When I run mplayer on Video files it waits for a few seconds (around 5 sec)
then it starts.
When I run it from command line I can see that the it has delay when the debug
info says: "xscreensaver_disable: Could not find XScreenSaver window"
The include problem was fixed but then I ran into the stack check
problems.
I added -fno-stack-protector to CFLAGS to get around this for now. I'm
not sure of a better way to fix this or where the problem truly lies.

What package is supposed to provide thumbnailing for OpenDocument
documents? I know there's a couple of scripts floating around, but those
aren't in the repository. I'd be willing to provide a patch to default
to a white background when transparent if people prefer this.

I can confirm this bug on Hardy 8.04.1 32-bit since recent updates.
All three of my Ubuntu installs are demonstrating the same problem - I
go to System>Administration>Software Sources>Updates tab, and I am
unable to check the tick-box for "Important security updates (hardy-

It sounds like this may be the same thing I just experienced recently
using the current Hardy F-Spot version, 0.4.3.1.
I believe that the problem has something to do with attempting to click
"Add" when using a PicasaWeb account that has no galleries defined. It's

Oh, I should mention that the work around was to manually create a
gallery through the PicasaWeb UI, then I was able to proceed as normal,
so I'm quite confident of the cause of the problem I'm reporting.

That somebody was me by the way, I stumbled upon this issue while
researching another property (PageRange) which is also a sub property of
FilterData. Took me about 2 hours before I found B Marcelly's post
mentioned above. I initially had some trouble finding out there was a
