device `sm3840:libusb:001:004' is a Microtek ScanMaker 4800 flatbed scanner
I was using an HP Laserjet 1200 printer via parallel port. sane-find-
scanner worked but everything else would hang.

I was using Hardy for two months and had my browser set to www.bbc.com
as my homepage. It never crashed at start up. I then upgraded to
Intrepid and the crash happen everytime firefox started with www.bbc.com

The reason I moved bsh-gcj to suggests is that having it in recommends
will pull complete gcj runtime where as user is likely to already have
default-jre i.e. openjdk.
Those who want performance can always install the package manually. But
casual users, who is unlikely to turn off the
TobiasK - Apport may be installed on your system, but it is not enabled
by default. You have to do this manually. To enable it you should hand
edit the file /etc/default/apport and change enabled=0 to
enabled=1. You then need to restart Apport by typing the following in
to a terminal:
sudo
Follow the procedures in DebuggingProgramCrash (enable the repositories,
install the dbgsym packages, etc) then get a Backtrace as described in

To reproduce:
1. Place both panels at the top, the one with the menu above the one with the
taskbar.
2. Restart the computer.
3. The order of the panels now has changed.
