OK, I was probably a bit quick to say the sound issue was solved. I do
now have sound, but I also have two 'speaker' icons in the upper panel.
So there is something still not quite right - I certainly don't have two
sound cards. Please contact if you need any other log files etc.

Witan again - strike that last about the headphones not working. I
guess the sound go turned down a little. I have to have it on full

The screen captures are clear. They shows my computer (with Linux Ubuntu

In "Linux-OpenSolaris.png" you can see 3 windows, cdrom0 (Linux Nautilus),
os64-01 (where OpenSolaris is running in a virtual machine created with
VirtualBox) and the background window with Linu

I'm having odd behavior with 2.24.2. I've tried setting the gconf pref
both ways and it appears to have no effect -- the menu keys and the
shortcuts all get swallowed by vinagre and not passed on.
However, if I work in full screen mode, my problems are solved --
vinagre doesn't intercept a thing (

Yes, I have tried "auto" and it didn't worked either but eventually, i got it
solved :
I forgot to add the lines below in my xorg.conf :
Option "VideoOverlay" "on"
Option "OpenGLOverlay" "off"
Option "TexturedVideo" "on"
... which definitely solved the issue.

Tried to boot from Live-CD for Jaunty alpha-3 on a Dell Optiplex 960.
The screen is black right after selecting try from CD. The keyboard is
frozen as well, however, if I press the off button on the machine the

I just talked to upstream; they are planning for a new release of tint2
with the name change during the period February 15 to February 28. If
there are no objections, I will rebuild the Debian package at that point
and then file a sync request.
