I think the main problem here isn't about other bubbles waiting time.
It's all about user interaction. Everyone expects his computer to be
smart, while it'll be stupid to show a notification after 5 minutes it
was sent. A notification is something important now, not later.

found the upstream one, dvd menu in totem or gstreamer doesn't work and
that's known, the other bug which was linking to the upstream report was
closed since too much noise was generated and it was a master bug of
like 5 different things, i'm liking the upstream one and reassigning to

That is a nasty request for the following reasons.
1.) The whole rendering will have to be changed to be bullet-proof for
very extreme cases of values users can set. That will blow up the code.
2.) What should the UI for changing the summary- and body-text look
like?
