Does anybody care about that? Same behaviour for linux_2.6.27-14.30.
Kernel 2.6.27-12.28 and NVIDIA 185.13 work fine, however.

believe it's the volume applet which is not properly signaling its
window type.

I noticed that your CurrentDmesg.txt shows a problem with the wireless

[Jaunty]Incorrectly reads Ooffice Hyperlink labels

Hi,
After upgrading to Jaunty from Intrepid, the general memory usage of KDE became
very high and the memory usage keeps on growing with the the continuous run. I
don't know why all the base applications occupy so high memory.
Do not use the alsdorf code anymore. The latest version of the code is
in the public notify-osd version. If an automatic upgrade did not
triggered the change, then please manually remove 'alsdorf' and install
'notify-osd' instead. Thanks
