I was working with Rodney on friday when we saw this in the PPA, and
retrying the build today, it's not happening anymore. Setting to invalid
(I hope thats the right status).

gstreamer and rhythmbox know how to filter txt files and don't ask for
codecs for those, if you have a such issue that's a new and different
bug and you should file a new bug with an example
