In older Xorg versions this was 128 (at least, that's what the upstream

reproduce that ? How often does it happen ?
Does the computer shutdown correctly from terminal (sudo shutdown -h now )?

I never said it was confusing.
Using ctrl-x and ctrl-v needs no confirmation (though feel free to make it an
option), and i don't think i need to explain why.

i dont think thats the problem anymore. In bug 364812 the user reports
that the device is not even showing up in lsusb; also he reports that it

Michael - could you please try 0.6.93-0ubuntu2~chrisccoulson3 from my
PPA, to see if it fixes this problem for you? (make sure indexing is
disabled in the preferences first, and you will need to restart tracke
leann, can you check whether this bug is reported upstream and triage
it? its not that all f3507g cards don't work. just a few usb ids seem to
be affected. However, seems the affected module has been built into some
thinkpads which means that there are probably a few folks affected by
this.

I can confirm the behavior that Julien posted is what happens for me.
However, I usually give up before going through all of that. The few
times I have went through that entire procedure it has worked.
