Hi, I'm using Ubuntu Jaunty on an Acer TM8204 Laptop. I'm running Ubuntu
alongside Windows XP using Wubi.

noticed it chiefly when playing CDs. There is also the same problem
with the Totem Movie Player, but not quite as bad as Rhythmbox.

Just merged from gentoo to jaunty (xubuntu) and did (of course :-) ) a
dist-upgrade to karmic with this us keyboard hassle as a result during
login in gdm (beside massive changings to xubuntu).

I switched to the sun JDK, and do not receive this error anymore. Simply
modified the /usr/bin/azureus script after installing the Sun JDK. Modified

On the HP HDX16, suspend to ram doesn't work under Linux with a BIOS
older than F.23. Upgrading the BIOS to F.23 fixes it, without any other

Here is what it does. I run dpkg --configure -a, it asks for my
password, I write it and then comes this:
Sætter gjdoc(0.7.9.1) op...
Means setting up gjdoc(0.7.9.1) in Danish.
The cursor is blinking, but nothing happens. If I try to do somethingelse, the
screen freezes.

I found an old screenshot of mine on breezy and you can see how the
colours of the workspace switcher have evolved. I think the way breezy
used to display it is way clearer and should be reverted to. (I don't
know about in-between Ubuntu releases).
