Same for me. I believe the problem lies in the wrong calculation of the

I got two 1280x1024-Monitors, and in xorg.conf the follwoing parameter is set:

Nope it does change anything! evince comes up as a completely blank
window -even without a toolbar. This isn't a mime type issue -
something more fundamental has broken. xpdf renders the pdf's just fine.

I send to you the files fstab (xubuntu 9.1)
With dosemu it is impossible to write in the partition fat 32 or others
partition than the main partition.
But it is impossible to modify files in the other partitions than the
main partition
